Sitges Cathedral

The day we arrived in the little seaside village of Sitges I was anxious to get in a painting. I grabbed my gear and left to find a suitable angle to approach the Cathedral. I ended up going out on a breaker to paint this scene, and as usual I lost all track of time. Walking back was a bit tricky even in the daylight. I didn’t want to attempt it in the dark. Hence, the fast and loose brush work. Made for a good study.
